Is your packaging latex and phthalate-free?Yes, PureWet wipes packaging is free from latex and free from phthalates. But that's not all, PureWet wipes packaging does not contain DEHP or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Knowing what's in the packaging is important. We care about how our products are made and the packages they come in.

What is stability testing?Stability testing is a testing process to determine the expiry date or shelf life of a product longer than one year. Through storage and testing at specific time intervals, it determines how long a product remains safe and effective at different storage conditions (hot/cold). Product stability testing helps to establish that the product functions and esthetics are not impacted during its intended shelf life. PureWet has completed and continues to complete stability testing to ensure high quality standards on all of our products. PureWet wipes expire in 3 years from date of manufacture (DOM).

Can you flush PureWet wipes down the toilet?No, PureWet wipes are not flushable. Please be respectful and do not flush wipes that are not flushable down the toilet. We are excited to let you know that we are working on a flushable wipe as requested.

What materials are PureWet wipes made from?PureWet wipes are plant based, made from cellulose fibres, and derived from renewable resources. Our wipes material is 100% Viscose, allowing for soft, super absorbent, thick, and high quality properties. Our wipes clean, moisturize, and protect. We care about people, animals, and the planet.

Where are your products made?PureWet products have been designed and developed in Canada; Oakville, Ontario to be exact. We work very closely in compliance with GMP (good manufacturing practices) to make our products safer, innovative, and high quality. Unfortunately these alternatives are not always available in Canada and therefore we have to look elsewhere for production. PureWet products are responsibly made in China. Our wipes are manufactured under the highest set of standards, regulated by the US FDA, and qualified for CE Certification. Our wipes are made using cutting edge pharmaceutical-grade technology.

When will my order be processed?Orders are processed approximately 1 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Orders that are placed on a weekend or a holiday will be processed the next business day within 1 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday. Subscription orders will be processed on the frequency selected at the time the subscription was entered. Orders cannot be edited once processing begins. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Orders that are processed take up to 4 days to process.
