SHIPPING & RETURNS
We strive for customer satisfaction.
We allow you to determine what shipping is best suited for your needs. Receiving your order depends on what carrier and on what type of shipping you choose. Please note that if you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can select expedited shipping. It is likely that increased shipping costs will be applied at checkout for expedited shipping. Shipping costs will be communicated during the checkout process if and when applicable.
Due to the unforeseen situation in the marketplace with rising fuel costs, different carrier issues occurring, we cannot guarantee shipping times and shipping rates. Shipments may experience delays of up to 7 to 14 days. All orders are processed approximately 1 to 4 business days after the initial order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day. Please note that order process times are estimates that can and may be subject to change.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking and shipping information
for your records. The shipping methods offered during checkout may or will differ based on your address and number of ordered items. PLEASE NOTE: PureWet reserves the right to change its shipping policy at any time.
You can also track the shipping status of your order(s) by logging into your account under MY ORDERS. Unfortunately once an order is processing, we are not able to change the shipping delivery method. PureWet can ship by air, ground, and sea.
Currently we ship our products to Canada, excluding wholesale accounts. If you are from the United States, you can purchase our products on www.amazon.com. Thank you for your interest in our products.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive for a quality you can count on.
Final sale items and promotional items (e.g. sale items, best sellers, hot buys, any free gifts with purchase, or buy one get one free items) cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, and merchandise cannot be returned or refunded, unless required to by law.
Shipping, surcharges, and handling fees are not eligible for refund.
Since Covid-19, strict precautions have been put in place for the safety of our customers and employees alike. Due to the health hazards of returning opened and handled product, we are not accepting refunds or exchanges at this time. PureWet products that are bought from www.purewetwipes.ca or www.purewetwipes.com are not eligible for refund and cannot be returned.
We have valued partners in retail. If you would like to return a product purchased from a retailer who carries our products, please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy. PLEASE NOTE: PureWet reserves the right to change its return and exchange policy at any time.
